Snowshoeing
Snowshoeing allows everyone to discover the authentic winter mountains. It is for everyone, from the youngest to the less young... You can practice it alone or with a guide who will take you to an old farmhouse or to dinner on the slopes... A map of the marked trails is at your disposal at the Tourist Office.

Escaladventure® of Nant Rouge
Escaladventure® is a different and unique adventure course in Rhône-Alpes
You will discover classic workshops such as bridges, footbridges, zip lines (up to 130m long and 45m high), etc. as well as workshops representing mountain activities: VIA FERRATA, climbing on via corda, handrail.
The site is composed of a canyon in which flows a stream called the Nant Rouge. Thus each workshop starts on the ground on one bank and ends on the ground on the other bank.
Each person will be able to choose to do the workshop or not according to his skills and under the advice of the course operator, without being penalized afterwards.
A pedestrian path allows people who are not doing the course to follow their families or friends.
Escaladventure® is open all year round
but only on reservation at 06.11.27.76.72.
No minimum height, open to all from 6 years old.
Olympic Nordic Area
Through the forest, the domain of the roosters, you will follow the Olympic tracks at your own pace in alternating or skating steps, on the competition or thematic tracks.
The domain of Les Saisies is world famous since 1992 for having hosted all the Nordic skiing events (cross-country skiing + biathlon) of the Albertville Winter Olympic Games.
The 140 km of trails located between 1600 and 1700 m are among the highest in Europe. This altitude and the microclimate from which our pass benefits are the guarantees of a snow cover from mid-December (the slopes sometimes open as early as November) to the end of April.
In addition to a comfortable mileage of slopes and an assured snow cover, the site of Les Saisies also offers a varied skiing, for all tastes, from the sportive to the contemplative. Between plateau and forest dotted with small clearings, the area is a natural space of exceptional beauty, with a view on the Mont-Blanc, far from the ski lifts, noise and crowds.
Beginners, experienced cross-country skiers, outdoor enthusiasts, let yourself be carried away by the magic of the place.
